What this site collects

One first-party cookie (s42_cookie) — stores your acknowledgement of this notice for 12 months. No tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.
Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) — retained for up to 30 days for security and operational diagnostics.
No analytics or fingerprinting at this time. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated and the banner re-prompted.

Information you send us

If you email us or submit an enquiry, we process your name, email and any commercial details you share to respond and to evaluate the opportunity. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to a contact you initiated) or pre-contractual steps. We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months unless a commercial relationship is established.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited processors are used for hosting and email delivery. We will share data only when required by law or with your consent.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing of your data. Email info@scale-42.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
